I'm all moved in. The place is really nice. There is a cheap movie rental store, sushi places, coffee shops, a dry cleaners, Subway, Ross, and Albertsons all in walking distance. And I just found out that when I ride the Big Blue Bus (which is normally $0.75) and I show my Bruin Card, it's only $0.25!! I'll be paying 1/6 of what I was in Miami for public transportation. That helps a lot. But for some reason I'm sad, and I just want to go home. I miss my dirty house, my family, and especially Little Dog. And for more strange reasons, moving in has reminded me of Miami all of a sudden, and I would rather be there than here. I'm weird. |
