Yesterday I went out with Rose. We drove up to Mulholland Drive to enjoy the scenic drive, and stopped at this park/scenic view place that is much better than the other scenic stops along the drive. At this one, you are able to hike along some of the ridges and you get a great view of downtown, Century City and the valley. We took a ton of pictures. There were a lot of people there with their dogs and we fell in love with them. They were all very friendly dogs, they enjoyed being petted. We were there around sunset and it was the perfect temperature at the perfect time of day. After that we decided we were hungry and proceeded down to Cahuenga where we were met with mass traffic due to Seal playing at the Hollywood Bowl. We were hungry and decided to eat at Canter's Deli. It was packed, being a Saturday night. Parking was atrocious - it took us over 15 minutes to find parking!! We drove in circles over and over and over. Then we had to wait in line. But it was worth it. Good food. Good times. Then we were tired and went home. Because we're like old ladies.

Today was even more relaxing. I rented the new (I think) Chris Rock HBO special and the first Curb Your Enthusiasm disc. Funny, funny stuff. And it takes forever to get through the Sunday paper. I would feel like I was wasting it if I didn't read all the important stuff. Of course, some cleaning. But not too much. Now I'm going to make some pasta.
