So far, yoga has served two purposes.

1. It has made me frustrated at myself because I'm so out of shape that just stretching is hard. This was mostly during the first time when I went through all the poses, and the worst poses are those where you sit on the ground and try to r e a c h out to your feet. Man, my back muscles and the back of my legs are STIFF!

2. But today I did the 30 minute workout which only had one of those and it was much better and more relaxing. I just noticed I'm actually sitting up straight. Normally, I have horrible posture.

Go yoga.
